Psp Tutorial: Top Shoutin Panowarp


The original tutorial was written by Luz Ma. Though the blog website still exists, it's not accessible anymore for the public, perhaps the website name has been taken over by someone else. This happens occasionally with blog websites. Her website could be found here.


The tutorial will be written in English.

I've made this tutorial in PSP X4, but can be made in other PSP versions as well. Don't forget to save your work from time to time. I assume you know how to work with the Mirror and Flip script in PSP X4.

Materials
Mask Ket Fade Suave - here.
Use two tubes of your choice. The female tube is from Luz Christina and the scenery tube from MDS.

Plugins
FM Tile Tools.
Andromeda - Perspective.
Carolaine and Sensibility - CS-DLines.
VM Extravaganza.
Mura's Meister - Perpective Tiling.
MV's Plugins - PanoWarp.

1) Open a transparent image of 1024 x 600 pixels. Use a light and a dark colour from your tube.
2) Flood fill your image with the following gradient:


3) Layers ---> New raster layer.
4) Activate your Selection tool (S) and click on Custom Selection, example:



Take over the following settings:


5) Fill the selection with the gradient.
6)  Effects ---> Plugins ---> Carolaine and Sensibility ---> CS-DLines:

Control 0: 33
Control 1: 5

7) Layers ---> New raster layer. Copy your scenery tube and paste it into the selection.
8) Effects ---> Plugins ---> FM Tile Tools ---> Saturation Emboss. Adjust ---> Sharpness ---> Sharpen.
8) Selections ---> Modify ---> Select Selection Borders --- Inside/Anti Alisa checked/10.
9) Fill the selection with this gradient:


10) Adjust ---> Add/remove noise ---> Add noise:

Uniform/Monochrome checked/8%

 11) Adjust ---> Sharpness ---> Sharpen. Effects ---> 3D Effects ---> Drop Shadow:

Vertical: 5
Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 68
Blur: 14,85
Colour: black

12) Repeat with Vertical -5. Selections ---> Select none.
13) Layers ---> Merge ---> Merge Down.
14) Effects ---> Plugins ---> Andromeda Perspective and use the following settings:


15) Effects ---> Image effects ---> Offset:


16) Effects ---> 3D Effects ---> Drop Shadow:

Vertical: 9
Horizontal: -9
Opacity: 68
Blur: 24
Colour: black

17) Layers ---> New raster layer. Fill the layer with this gradient:


18) Effecten ---> Plugins ---> VM Extravaganza ---> Shoutin'!:


19) Image ---> Resize ---> 70%, Resize All Layers unchecked.
20)  Effects ---> Plugins ---> Carolaine and Sensibility ---> CS-DLines:

Control 0: 33
Control: 5

21) Adjust ---> Sharpness ---> Sharpen. Selections ---> Select All. Selections ---> Float.
22) Activate the image just have put away. Image ---> Mirror. Copy and paste into it the selection.
23) Selections ---> Modify ---> Select Selection Borders --- Outside/Anti-Alias checked/4.
24) Fill the selection with this gradient:


25) Selections ---> Select none.
26)  Effects ---> Plugins ---> Carolaine and Sensibility ---> CS-DLines:

Control 0: 33
Control: 5

27)  Effects ---> Plugins ---> MV's Plugins - PanoWarp:


28)  Image ---> Resize ---> --- 90%, Resize all layers unchecked.
29) Effects ---> Image effects ---> Offset:

Horizontal: 50
Vertical: 0
Edge mode: Transparent

30)  Adjust ---> Sharpness ---> Sharpen.
31) Effects ---> 3D Effects ---> Drop Shadow:

Vertical: 9
Horizontal: -9
Opacity: 68
Blur: 24
Colour: black

32) Effects ---> 3D Effects ---> Drop Shadow:

Vertical: 7
Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 68
Blur: 20,79
Colour: black

33) Make the two top layers invisible. Activate the bottom layer.
34) Adjust ---> Add/remove noise ---> Add noise:

Uniform/Monochrome checked/5%

35) Effects ---> Texture Effects ---> Weave:


36)  Effects ---> Plugins ---> Mura's Meister ---> Perspective Tiling:


37) Effects ---> Edge effects ---> Enhance. Select with your Magic Wand the transparent part.
38) Layers ---> New Raster Layer. Fill the selection with this gradient:


39) Layers ---> New Raster Layer. Copy the person tube and paste it into the selection.
40) Adjust ---> Blur ---> Gaussian Blur --- 15.
41) Effects ---> Texture Effects --->Mosaic - Glass and take over the following settings:


42) Adjust ---> Sharpness ---> Sharpen more. Choose as blend mode hard or soft light.
43) Selections ---> Select none.
44) Image ---> Canvas Size:


45) Activate layer 1 (that is the layer with the perspective tiling effect).
46)  Layers ---> Load/Save mask ---> Load mask from disk --- search for the mask "mask.ket-fadesuave" and apply. Layers ---> Merge ---> Merge group.
47) Repeat the mask one more time.
48) Layers ---> New raster layer. Layers ---> Arrange ---> Send to bottom.
49) Flood fill the layer with a colour from your tube.
50) Make the two layers visible again.
51) Activate the top layer. Copy and paste the person tube as new layer on your image.
52) Choose a drop shadow of your choice.
53) Layers ---> Merge ---> Merge all.
54) Add your name/watermark on a new layer and save your image in JPEG format.
55) Done!
