No tutorials

Dear people,

As you can see on my page, the tutorials are not shown, because I temporarily disabled them. I did this action, because I accidentally removed most images of the tutorials in Google Photos.
So unfortunately I have to put all images back and it's going to take a while to do that.

Thanks for all who are stopping by my page frequently. I hope I can make the tutorials operate as soon as possible.

Psp tutorial: He Loves Me

I've made this tutorial in PSP X6, but can be made in other PSP versions as well.I assume you know how to work with the Mirror and Flip script in PSP X6.

Put the brushes in the Brushes folder.
Put the Texture in the folder Textures .
Put the font file in your font folder.

Alright, here we go!
  • Open a new transparent image of 600 x 450 pixels. 
  • Open the Texture file and minimize the screen.
  • Set the foreground colour to Pattern. Open the menu by clicking on the little grey arrow next to the square box and look for the file Texture. Select it with the following settings:
  • Fill the image with this pattern.
  • Open the file "Bgjet" and go to Edit ---> Copy. Go back to your work and go to Edit ---> Paste as new layer. Set the Opacity of this layer to 50%.
  • Open the tube "HD_mistedFlower03" and go to Edit ---> Copy. Go back to your work and go to Edit ---> Paste as new layer. Place it on the bottom right. Change the blend mode of this layer to Luminance.

  • Layers ---> New Raster Layer.
  • Activate the selection tool, rectangle, feather 0. Draw a rectangle across the width of the image, starting at about 20 pixels from the top, down to 200 pixels (that is a total of 180 pixels high).

  • Fill the selection with the pattern "Texture". Change the blend mode of this layer to Overlay and lower the opacity to 30%. Keep the selection intact.
  • Layers ---> New Raster Layer.
  • Activate the Brush tool, search and select the brush Chris Taylor. Apply the brush in the selection, once on the left and once on the right side. Change the blend mode of this layer to Luminance and lower the opacity to 70%.
  • Selections ---> Modify ---> Select Selection Borders, 1 pixel inside and fill it with the colour #816a4b. Selections ---> Select None.
  • Layers ---> Duplicate (this is the layer of the brush). Move this layer down by 10 pixels and lower the opacity to 29%.
  • Open the tube of the woman "Helovesmevrouw" and go to Edit  ---> Copy. Go back to your work and go to Edit ---> Paste as new layer. Leave it as it is. No need to move it.
  • The foreground colour should be set to #816a4b.
  • Layers ---> New Raster Layer.
  • Activate the Brush tool again and select the brush "hopedefined2". Apply it twice in the bottom left corner.
  • Layers ---> New Raster Layer.
  • Search and select the brush "aRavenBrush!poem!worthofyourlove" and apply it twice in the bottom right corner.
  • Layers ---> New Raster Layer.
  • Activate again the Selection tool, rectangle and draw a rectangle on the left, from top to bottom.

  • Fill the selection with #aa9463. Effects ---> Texture Effects ---> Blinds:
  • Effects ---> Edge Effects ---> Enhance.
  • Selections ---> Modify ---> Select Selection Borders 1 pixel inside and flood fill it with #816a4b.Selections ---> Select None.
  • Change the blend mode of this layer to Overlay and lower the opacity to 30%.

    If everything is alright, go then to Layers ---> Merge ---> Merge All.
  • Image ---> Add borders 1 pixel, symmetric, with the colour #816a4b.
  • Image ---> Add Borders 30 pixels, symmetric, with the color white (#ffffff). Select the wide border with your magic wand.
  • Reopen the tube of the woman "Helovesmevrouw". Selection tool, rectangle and select the image without edges.
  • Edit ---> Copy. Go back to your work and go to Edit ---> Paste into selection.
  • Adjust ---> Blur ---> Gaussian Blur, radius 100.
  • Selections ---> Select None.
  • Selections ---> Select All.
  • Selections ---> Modifyn---> Contract, 5 pixels.
  • Selections ---> Invert. Fill it with #816a4b.
  • Effects ---> 3D Effects ---> Drop Shadow with these settings, colour #705f46:



  • Repeat the drop shadow, but change the vertial and the horizontal offset to -1.
  • Image ---> Rotate right.
  • Close the foreground colour and set the background colour to #816a4b.
  • Activate the Text tool, and choose the font University Roman LET, created as a vector:

  • Write He Loves Me and place the text in the center of the rectangle.
  • Layers ---> Convert to Raster Layer.
  • Effects ---> 3D Effects ---> Drop Shadow with these settings, colour #705f46:

  •  With the same settings , write He Loves Me Not.
  • Move the text just above the other text using nodes (K) and reduce it (not much) inside the rectangle.
  • Layers ---> Convert to Raster Layer .
  • Effects ---> 3D Effects ---> Drop Shadow with the same settings as before.
  • Image ---> Rotate left.
  • Add your name or your watermark.
  • Close the layer with the text He Loves Me Not.
  • Edit ---> Copy Merged. Open Animation Shop.
  • Click with the right mouse button on the blank space and paste it as a new animation. Go back to PSP.
  • Close the layer with the text He Loves Me and reopen the layer with the text He Loves Me Not.
  • Edit ---> Copy Merged.
  • In Animation Shop go to Edit ---> Paste ---> Paste after current frame.
  • Click on the first frame and go to Edit ---> Select All.
  • Animation ---> Frame Properties and set the speed to 80.
  • Save the image as GIF format.
  • Done!
